Eric Tulsky, General Manager of the Carolina Hurricanes, announced that defenseman Riley Stillman has been recalled from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Stillman, aged 26, debuted with the Hurricanes on January 28 against the New York Rangers. This season, he has played in three games for the team. With the Wolves, he accumulated five points over 20 appearances. The Peterborough native previously played for the Rochester Americans during the 2023-24 season, achieving six points and spending 49 minutes in penalties across 47 games. Standing at 6’2” and weighing 207 pounds, Stillman joined Carolina as a free agent on July 3. Initially drafted by Florida in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL Draft, he has scored a total of 26 points in his NHL career with various teams including Florida, Chicago, Vancouver, Buffalo, and Carolina.
