The Carolina Hurricanes have announced their lineup for the upcoming game against the Vancouver Canucks. The match is scheduled for Friday, with Dustin Tokarski set to start as goaltender. Tokarski has been chosen following Pyotr Kochetkov's recent win over Toronto. This will mark Tokarski's fifth start with the team, having secured victories in his last two games.

Forwards Jordan Staal and Jordan Martinook aim to continue their strong performances after achieving three points each in the previous game. Sebastian Aho is also expected to play a key role, entering the contest with 14 points in 14 career games against Vancouver, including an overtime winner from their October meeting.

Injuries affecting the team include William Carrier (lower-body injury), Tyson Jost (lower-body injury), Shayne Gostisbehere (upper-body injury), Frederik Andersen (knee), and Jesper Fast (neck). Currently, there are no scratches listed for this game.

The power play units are arranged as follows: PP1 consists of Aho, Jarvis, Necas, Svechnikov with Burns; PP2 includes Blake, Drury, Kotkaniemi, Roslovic with Walker.
