Congresswoman Deborah Ross, who represents North Carolina's 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed various issues through her social media posts. These tweets reflect her perspectives on environmental policy, healthcare funding, and educational leadership.

On March 18, 2025, Ross expressed concern about the potential elimination of the Environmental Protection Agency’s research division. She stated that "Scientific researchers at EPA are dedicated to serving the American people and solving our most complex environmental problems. Eliminating EPA’s research arm puts people and our environment in danger."

Later on the same day, Ross highlighted discussions with members of H4HC Advocacy regarding Republican plans to reduce Medicaid funding. She emphasized the importance of this program by saying "As Republicans move forward with their plan to cut funding for Medicaid, I spoke with members of @H4HCAdvocacy about the people who are at risk of losing their health care and the people who care for them. Medicaid saves lives."

On March 19, 2025, she congratulated Kevin Howell on his new appointment as Chancellor of NC State University. Ross expressed optimism about future collaborations: "Congrats to Kevin Howell for being named NC State's next Chancellor. I look forward to working with you as you lead the pack "
