The NC State track and field program saw 18 athletes earn Academic All-American honors, with both the men's and women's teams receiving All-Academic designations from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as announced Monday afternoon.

To receive individual recognition, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and meet specific performance criteria. These include finishing the indoor season ranked in the top 96 in any championship individual event or top 48 in any championship relay event, participating in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, or ranking in the top 48 for multi-events in either the East or West regions for the most recent outdoor season.

Kelsey Chmiel and Nevada Mareno were honored for the fifth time in their careers, while Mariah Howlett received her fourth honor. Ally Henson, Gionna Quarzo, and Amaris Tyynismaa earned their third recognition.

To qualify for an All-Academic Team title, squads must hold a team GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including grades from the most recent grading period.

This marks the eighth consecutive year that the women's team has earned this honor and the fifth consecutive year for the men's team.
