NC State's men's tennis team will have three players competing in the 2024 NCAA Singles Championships, starting Tuesday, November 19th. The tournament is being held on Baylor University's campus in Waco, Texas. Martin Borisiouk, Braden Shick, and Luca Staeheli will represent NC State.

This year marks a change for the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships as they are now scheduled in the fall instead of after the spring team championship. This adjustment allows athletes to compete individually before returning to their teams for spring competitions.

Having three players qualify for this event is a first for NC State's program. The team is one of only five programs with three athletes qualifying this year. Borisiouk secured his spot through his performance at the ITA Carolina Regional in Cary. Shick and Staeheli earned their places by advancing from the ITA East Sectional held in Chapel Hill.

For those interested in following the tournament, coverage will be available via Cracked Racquets and ESPN+.

The schedule for Round 1 matches includes:

- Martin Borisiouk facing Devin Badenhorst from Baylor at 9 a.m. ET.

- Braden Shick against Petar Jovanovic from Mississippi State at 2:30 p.m. ET.

- Luca Staeheli playing Lucas Andrade de Silva from South Carolina at 4 p.m. ET.
