Utility Billing Issue

The issue is isolated to a subset of customers receiving printed bills on the July 14 billing cycle. Customers receiving electronic bills have not been effected. Impacted customers have been identified and will be mailed a corrected July bill. The Town will be waiving late fees and utility cutoffs this cycle for impacted customers. Additionally, customers may also review their account balance through the e-Utilities portal or by contacting utility customer service.
