Three weeks remain until North Carolina voters head to the polls, with President Donald J. Trump seeking re-election. The campaign trail is heating up as supporters of President Trump express optimism about his chances in the state.

In recent statements, Vice President Kamala Harris acknowledged that "the American Dream is now 'out of reach for too many.'" Her critics argue that her leadership has contributed to rising homeownership costs, which have reportedly reached a three-decade high, with housing prices increasing by nearly 50% since she took office.

Former Senator Tim Scott voiced concerns about the current administration's economic policies, stating, "We can't take four more years of this!" He pointed out that residents are facing increased expenses on everyday goods due to what he referred to as "Kamalanomics."

Former President Barack Obama addressed racial dynamics within the electorate, urging Black men not to support Harris solely based on race. This statement was met with criticism from those who believe it undermines Harris's appeal among Black voters.

Additionally, former President Bill Clinton commented on immigration issues, suggesting that "Laken Riley would still be alive if the Harris-Biden administration had properly vetted the illegal immigrants pouring across our border." This remark has sparked debate over immigration policies and their impact on communities.

The Trump campaign continues to emphasize its focus on strengthening the economy and securing borders. Supporters argue that these priorities make him the preferred candidate for North Carolinians.
