Wake County home prices rose in August 2023 compared to August 2022

In August 2023, the median sale price of a home in Wake County rose by $22,500 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 928 homes sold in August 2023, with a median sale price of $455,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $433,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,112 homes sold in Wake County in August 2022.
