Wake County recently issued the following announcement.
Wake County, local hospitals and our community partners have kicked off a joint effort to analyze the health and well-being of our diverse community. It’s called the Community Health Needs Assessment, and it’s underway right now. We’re using a variety of surveying techniques to collect feedback from people of all walks of life in Wake County. We want folks from every ethnic group, age bracket and socioeconomic background to participate.
We’ll take the answers the public gives us and review them. Then, we’ll come back to you and work together to prioritize all the needs identified.
Getting involved is easy! Visit livewellwake.org/survey to complete the survey by Dec. 3.
