Wake County offices will not be open on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. The public is advised to consult the Holiday Schedule for further details.

Despite the closure, all online services, including eRecording, will continue to be accessible through the website Wake.gov/rod. Any submissions made online or real estate eRecordings sent during this period will be processed on Monday, July 7, 2025.
