Tricia Cotham, a Republican elected to the North Carolina State House in 2025 representing the 105th district, recently posted several messages on her Twitter account highlighting achievements and celebrations within the state’s educational community.

On May 7, 2026, Cotham praised local educational institutions, stating “Our NC Community Colleges are truly our shining stars throughout the state. I always enjoy my discussion with the President of @cpcc ! She has a great team and they are doing innovative work to help our area in workforce development, economic development and so much more! #ncpol https://t.co/h9FvmZXcpj”.

Two days later, on May 9, she posted congratulatory messages. The first read “How incredible! Congratulations! https://t.co/yenziNgwRT”, followed by another post: “Congrats to all!! https://t.co/3UstykHnV3”.

Cotham assumed office after being elected in 2025 to replace Wesley Harris as representative for North Carolina’s 105th House district.
