In a subsequent message dated April 21, Sawyer recounted her visit to the Iredell County Emergency Communications Center in honor of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. She remarked, "Last week, I had the honor of visiting the Iredell County Emergency Communications Center during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.
