Congresswoman Deborah Ross, who represents North Carolina's 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared her views on several pressing issues via social media. Her comments have focused on national policies and local initiatives.

On January 24, 2025, Ross expressed concerns about former President Donald Trump's approach to tax cuts. She stated that "We are finally seeing how Trump plans to cut taxes for his billionaire friends. By getting rid of FEMA and abandoning states when they need disaster recovery assistance."

In a subsequent post on January 25, 2025, she commended Jeff Jackson, the Attorney General of North Carolina. Ross wrote: "Thank you, @NCAGO Jeff Jackson for leading with North Carolina values and defending the Constitution from this blatant overreach by President Trump." This tweet underscores her support for actions taken against perceived executive overreach.

Later that day, Ross highlighted a community initiative aimed at honoring veterans. She reminded constituents that "The deadline to deliver cards for Valentines for Vets is only nine days away! Please send or drop off Valentine's Day cards to my District Office before Feb. 3rd." She added that these would be delivered to veterans at local VA facilities throughout Wake County.
