The Carolina Hurricanes are set to face the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nationwide Arena on Tuesday, maintaining the same lineup that secured a victory at home on Saturday. Pyotr Kochetkov is anticipated to be in goal for Carolina after his performance last Friday, where he stopped 19 shots. Kochetkov has been a regular starter recently, playing in nine of the team's last twelve games.

Sebastian Aho aims to continue his scoring streak against Columbus, having recorded points in seven consecutive games against them. Jack Roslovic, a former Blue Jacket and Columbus native, is also looking to extend his point and assist streaks.

In defense, Ty Smith will partner with Sean Walker as Shayne Gostisbehere remains sidelined due to an upper-body injury.
