The Trump Campaign has been actively engaging with voters in North Carolina, hosting a series of events over the past two weeks. These events have included at least 18 campaign appearances featuring President Donald J. Trump, Senator JD Vance, and various campaign surrogates.
The campaign's efforts spanned from Wilmington to Asheville, where they encountered enthusiastic support from North Carolina voters who are participating in early voting for President Trump in significant numbers.
A notable part of the campaign's strategy was the Team Trump Bus Tour, which visited 10 counties between October 16-18. The tour aimed to rally early voters and grassroots supporters at local GOP offices and Early Voting sites across locations such as Burlington, Mooresville, Rutherfordton, Gastonia, Archdale, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Winterville, and Goldsboro. Key figures accompanying the tour included U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), U.S. Representative Dan Bishop (R-NC-08), South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R-SD), Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley among others.
On October 18 in Red Springs within Robeson County, U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Tulsi Gabbard, and Donald Trump Jr. made appearances.
The Team Trump Agenda 47 Policy Tour took place on October 19 in Hope Mills with representatives Cory Mills (R-FL-07), Mike Waltz (R-FL-06), Brian Mast (R-FL-21), and Greg Steube (R-FL-17) participating.
President Trump himself was present for four events over two days this week in North Carolina. On October 21 he addressed the press and met residents in Swannanoa before heading to Greenville for a rally at East Carolina University that attracted nearly 10,000 attendees.
Later that day he participated in an 11th Hour Faith Leaders Meeting alongside Eric Trump and Dr. Ben Carson in Concord.
On October 22 President Trump held another rally in Greensboro where Tulsi Gabbard announced her registration as a Republican.
During these rallies President Trump urged Republicans to vote early and ensure high turnout this year.
Additional events included a rally by the Trump Unity coalition on October 22 in Charlotte and a stop by Team Trump's Road Trip featuring West Virginia Governor Jim Justice on October 24 in Winston-Salem.
According to campaign sources: "President Trump and Senator Vance are outworking their opponents," aiming for success across all ballots come November 5th.
