Under Kamala Harris, the American Dream is slipping away, and hardworking families are paying the price. Americans still overwhelmingly want what generations before them had—a home to call their own, the ability to raise a family, and a comfortable retirement.
But Kamala Harris, with her policies, is allegedly destroying these aspirations.
While 89% of respondents believe owning a home is crucial to their vision of the future, only 10% think it's achievable. Even worse, while 96% and 95% of Americans say financial security and retirement are essential respectively, less than 10% believe they can achieve either in Kamala’s America.
A dozen years ago, over half of Americans believed the American Dream was within reach. Today, only about a third feel that way.
What changed? Kamala Harris took office.
Under Harris's tenure, homeownership is now more expensive than renting by 47%. Rent has also increased under her leadership, forcing millions to choose between paying rent or saving for a home they may never afford.
Who’s to blame? Critics point to Kamala Harris and her economic policies. In the past 12 months alone, nearly 1.3 million workers have lost their jobs. The typical American family has reportedly lost over $28,000 due to inflation under Harris' administration. Now families need to earn $110,000 a year just to afford a typical home—leaving 65% of households locked out of the American Dream.
Kamala's economic policies are criticized for crushing the American spirit; however, many Americans believe it’s time for change. They’ll elect President Donald J. Trump in November to rescue the American Dream from what they describe as "Kamala's nightmare" and Make America Affordable Again.
The choice presented: Kamala’s America of financial difficulty or President Trump’s vision of prosperity.
