Raleigh Police Department releases body-worn camera and security camera footage
In a continuous effort to maintain transparency, the Raleigh Police Department filed a petition requesting authorization to release law enforcement recordings of the May 7 officer-involved shooting, in accordance with NCGS §132-1.4A. On Thursday, May 26, a hearing was held in Wake County Superior Court and an order was issued, which authorized the Raleigh Police Department to release videos related to this incident.
