Raleigh parks peach road ready4life

City of Raleigh recently issued the following announcement.

Peach Road Cultural Center is working with U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants to present READY4Life (Relationships, Education, Advancement, and Development for Youth for Life). This program is open to refugee and immigrant youth and young adults ages 14-24 regardless of race, gender, nationality, marital status, legal status, or length of time in the U.S. All participants are eligible to receive case management services.

Participants will learn healthy skills for better communication, problem-solving, and stress management. In addition, workshops teach skills that mark good relationships with peers and family, at school, at work, and in the community.

Workshop dates and times will be based on interested participants' availability. Email Peach Road Cultural Center at tierney.sneeringer@raleighnc.gov if you're interested in participating.
