City of Raleigh issued the following announcement on Sept. 8.
We are closing Par Drive at Tryon Road to traffic from Sept. 13 through Oct. 11.
Residents living on Par Drive can take Fairway Drive to Par Drive while this closure is in place.
The closure is needed while crews complete work on the intersection of Par Drive and Tryon Road. This work is part of the Tryon Road Improvement Project.
