City of Raleigh issued the following announcement on Jul. 12.
Winter is gone and the warm weather is finally back. Warmer weather usually means barbecue and grilling. Raleigh Fire wants you to stay safe this summer while cooking on your charcoal or gas grill.
Test Your Grilling Safety Knowledge
Whether you are a veteran who had been barbecuing for many years or you are new to the art of grilling and just purchased your first grill -- this video will test your knowledge.
Do you know how far away from your house your grill should be? Or do you know how to turn on your grill safely? Or what to do if your gas grill doesn't ignite? Watch the video and see how well you do compared to the people in the video.
