Andrew Steven Terrell's campaign committee receives $1,000 from William Rice

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Andrew Steven Terrell, Andy Terrell for Congress, received $1,000 from William Rice on January 17, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
