On March 14, 2026, Lazzara posted about participating in a leadership event, stating, “Honored to speak at @NUCA_National of the Carolinas’ 2026 Young Leaders Conference in Carolina Beach. It’s always encouraging to meet the next generation of leaders and hear their ideas for strengthening our workforce and continuing to build a strong future for NC.” In a follow-up message posted the same day, he added, “Thank you to NUCA for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of such an important event!”

Three days later, on March 17, Lazzara marked St. Patrick’s Day with another post: “Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Celebrating the rich traditions that make our country and communities so special.”
