In essence, this bill appropriates $700,000 in one-time funds for the 2025-26 fiscal year from the General Fund to be divided equally between Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and Wake Technical Community College. Each community college will use up to $105,000 to hire a full-time faculty member, another $105,000 for a clinical coordinator, $45,000 for equipment and supplies, and up to $95,000 for program development and accreditation costs.
