The North Carolina Republican Party has expressed its welcome to the new members of the N.C. State Board of Elections, who convened for their inaugural meeting in Raleigh today.

During this meeting, Francis De Luca was elected as the board’s Chairman. Additionally, Sam Hayes was appointed as the new Executive Director. Hayes is recognized as a well-respected attorney with extensive experience throughout North Carolina.
