The Carolina Hurricanes’ schedule for the second round of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs has been released by the National Hockey League. The Hurricanes will compete against the Washington Capitals in the Eastern Conference Semifinal. The series will start with Game 1 on Tuesday, May 6, at 7 p.m., hosted at Capital One Arena in Washington.

The Hurricanes are set to host Games 3 and 4 on Saturday, May 10, and Monday, May 12, respectively. They might also host Game 6 on Saturday, May 17, at the Lenovo Center.

This series marks the second time Carolina and Washington meet in the postseason. Carolina managed to defeat Washington in seven games during the first round of the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The complete schedule for Carolina in the 2025 Second Round has been released, with games marked with an asterisk (*) indicating they are contingent on the progression of the series.

The Carolina Hurricanes are encouraging fans to secure their seats to “cheer on the guys and experience playoff hockey” in Raleigh.
