The Carolina Hurricanes have announced that forward Seth Jarvis has been activated from injured reserve. General Manager Eric Tulsky made the announcement on Wednesday.
Jarvis, 23, missed the last eight games after suffering an upper-body injury during a game against the Florida Panthers on December 19. The Winnipeg native currently leads the team in goals with 19, as well as game-winning goals (4) and shorthanded goals (2) for this season. He is tied for fourth in points with 29. Jarvis was selected by Carolina in the first round, 13th overall, at the 2020 NHL Draft and has played in 338 career NHL games with the Hurricanes, recording a total of 115 goals and 127 assists for 242 points.
