Are you a small-scale or minority homebuilder in Raleigh? Join us for the Small-Scale Homebuilders Workshop. The half-day workshop is designed for participants to learn about the City’s development regulations and the “nuts and bolts” of constructing missing middle housing. Come to hear from a panel of industry leaders, participate in roundtable discussions with other attendees, and engage with city staff.

Topher Thomas, Founder at Coram Houses

Jess Brandes, Senior Director of Real Estate Development at CASA
